The Law envisions that peculiarities of regulation of legal, economic and organizational relations related to sale of electric energy from wholesale electric energy market of Ukraine to temporarily occupied territories and on territories uncontrolled or partially controlled by Ukrainian authorities; as well as relations associated with production, transmission, distribution, delivery, acquisition, sale and use of electric energy on temporarily occupied territories and on territories uncontrolled or partially controlled by Ukrainian authorities are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Law also envisions a term under which the list of settlements on territories uncontrolled or partially controlled by Ukrainian authorities is also determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2375.
