The draft law offers to supplement Article 266 of the Tax Code of Ukraine with new provision that envisions exemption of residential and nonresidential real estate owned by religious organizations of Ukraine from taxes. At that statutes of such religious organizations should be registered in compliance with the Ukrainian Law and such real estate should be used by these religious organizations strictly in compliance with their statutes.
