The draft law No. 1327 offers to determine specific peculiarities of lease agreements with general education and preschool educational establishments. In particular, it is planned to rule that signature of lease agreements with such educational establishments (despite their subordination, type and form of ownership) is rendered beyond tenders. It is also planned to rule that the rents for them are set under requirements envisioned for state-financed organizations in the field of real estate lease.
