The Law envisions that during the special period servicemen can be discharged from military service for receiving high residence education at higher education establishments of I-IV level of accreditation, which had earlier been disrupted in view of recruitment of students, postgraduates, and PhD students in the frames of military mobilization for the special period.
The Law also discharges servicemen — students, postgraduates and PhD students of high residence education recruited for military service in the frames of mobilization for the special period. These persons may continue military service if they see it necessary.
The law was adopted taking in account all submitted proposals.
The draft law was register under No. 1175-1.
