The Law of Ukraine “On state budget of Ukraine for
2020” has been adopted today by 280 parliamentarians. Below, there are some backbone
highlights of the 2020 budget:
- Government overall revenue – UAH 1,093,669,139.3 ths, of which:
-general fund revenue – UAH 974,670,869.0 ths,
-special fund revenue – UAH 118,998,270.3 ths.
- Government expenditures – UAH 1,180,099,049.7 ths, of which:
-general fund expenditures – UAH 1,052,178,829.4 ths,
-special fund expenditures - UAH 127,920,220.3 ths.
- Reimbursement of credits to state budget – UAH 7,375,047.4 ths.
- Distribution of credits from state budget – UAH 15,220,857.0 ths.
- Budget-deficit ceiling – UAH 94,275,720.0 ths.
- Budget’s working balance – not exceeding 2% of the general fund expenditures, stipulated by this item of budget.
- Public debt ceiling (as of year-end 2020) – UAH 2,045,148,259.9 ths.
- Publicly guaranteed debt ceiling (as of year-end 2020) – UAH 318,371,749.6 ths.
- Overall amount of state guarantees for 2020 – 29,274,083.1 ths.
- For 2020, a monthly living wage per person is legislated in the following breakdown:
-from January 1 – UAH 2,027;
-from July 1 – UAH 2,118;
-from December 1 – UAH 2,189.
