The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov has signed an executive order “On convening an extraordinary plenary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation”.
- The meeting is called on demand of 156 Ukrainian parliamentarians and in accordance with part eight of Article 19 of the Verkhovna Rada’s rules of procedure.
- The sitting will be held on the 7th of May, 2020 at 2 p.m. in the Session Hall at the address: M. Hrushevskoho Str., 5, Kyiv.
- Provisional agenda:
1. Bill No.3380 “On amendments to some laws
of Ukraine aimed to increase the capability of Ukraine’s healthcare system to
counteract the spread of the coronavirus disease COVID-19”;
2. Bill No.3376 “On amendments to the
Law of Ukraine ‘On protection of the population against infectious diseases’
(as to the amount of compulsory state insurance for employees of public and
communal health care establishments engaged in protecting the population
against infectious diseases)”.
