The event took place on September 11, 2014 at the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
The Institute of Professional Qualifications is established as a nonprofit organization aimed at supporting informational and analytical platform for organizing a professional dialogue on developing a system of professional qualifications in Ukraine, identifying and engaging a wide range of persons in a professional dialogue.
The Chairperson of the Committee stressed that the country lacks a state institution which would support a connection between an education system and a labour market. "However, all countries with a successful experience of cooperation between the markets of labour and education have such institutions", said Lilia Hrynevych.

Institute's priority task is to help in elaborating professional standards
which, according to the Law "On Higher Education", shall be included
to the standards of higher education", emphasized the Committee's
Chairperson.
