The bill (Reg. No. 4851) suggests amending the Code on Administrative Infringements and the Law "On Information Agencies" stipulating criminal responsibility for activity of an information agency without its state registration, after terminating its activity or avoiding a repeated registration if there are reasons for this stipulated by the law; and determining a fine for the abovementioned violations.
During the discussion, the Committee members considered conclusions on the bill provided by the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.
