The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On ratification of Additional protocol to the European Charter of Local Self-Government on the Right to Participate in the Affairs of Local Authority”

The Additional Protocol, concluded on November 16, 2009 in the city of Utrecht shall be enacted for Ukraine on the first day of the month that follows the expiration of three months since Ukraine’s deposit instruments of ratification.

The respective bill was registered under No.0093.
