On the eve of Your Anniversary, mentally thumbing through the book of Your life which includes such bright pages as educational and diplomatic ones, one realizes that You have succeeded as the Secretary General of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat, the post you dedicated ten years of your life to.
I am sure that one can not simply hold this post. One should Be the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Secretariat. As the Secretariat is a very complex organism which consists of tens and hundreds of exceptional specialists including candidates and doctors of science, and at the same time, every worker has their unique identity, their own social stand. If to take into consideration that the Secretariat manages the activity of 450 people's deputies, who believe in different – sometimes even opposite – ideals, are undertaking a truly historic mission on preserving independence and integrity of sovereign Ukraine, one can understand what responsibility You are carrying.
You are a highly educated person – and this is Your personal achievement.
You are a person with strength of character – life helps You in this.
Finally, You are a humane person – this is given by God.
Dear Valentyn Oleksandrovych, on this solemn August day I wish You and Your family sound health, happiness, and may all Your most cherished dreams come true.
