The bill (Reg. No. 4313a) suggests establishing a moratorium on charging citizens of Ukraine, who reside on the territory of the anti-terrorist operation or moved from that territory for the time of the anti-terrorist operation, a fine or penalty for the principal amount of loan obligation indebtedness.
The bill stipulates temporary restrictions on measures of exercising state control in the sphere of economic activity on the territory of and during the anti-terrorist operation.
The bill also stipulates a simplified procedure of receiving documents on confirmation of force majeure circumstances.
