The bill (Reg. No. 4280а-1) suggests determining powers of executive authorities on production and turnover of nutriments, bases and order of exercising state control in this sphere, rights and obligations of nutriments market operators, and mechanisms of state regulation of their production and turnover. The bill also stipulates responsibility for violating the legislation on nutriments.
The Committee members also took into consideration that the bill is harmonized with the Regulation (EU) No. 178/2002.
