The bill (Reg. No. 4063-1) suggests amend the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”.

It is suggested that the law should come into force on the day of its publication.

Thereat, the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat does not uphold the bill, noting that “legislative initiatives that propose merely to return provisions of applicable pension legislation to “pre-reform” conditions do not settle the problem of proper pension insurance that requires systemic refinement.
