The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law on amendments to the Civil Procedure Code and the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine (re securing appellate and cassational appeal of court acts)

The bill (Reg. No. 3263) suggests amending several articles of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine and the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine that aim at refining the procedure of appellate and cassational appeal of court acts in cases pertaining to civil and administrative jurisdiction.

Committee members stressed that the bill suggests amending articles 218, 222, 325 and 328 of the Civil Procedure Code and article 212 of the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine.

In the course of preparation of the bill for the second reading, subjects of legislative initiative made several proposals and amendments to it.
