Dear friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 70th liberation anniversary of Ivano-Frankivsk from fascist invaders.
We gratefully honor gallant liberators of the city, all those who during the war time fought in an unequal fight with occupants. We bow low to those who were restoring our native land and stood up for democratic Ukraine, and today defend its integrity and independence.
We are seven hundred years away form the days when an end was put to the dominance of foreign invaders over the Carpathian region. That tragic and at the same time heroic period has once again proved greatness of our people, their steadfastness, love for freedom and a devoted love for their native land.
Dear veterans! We are in irredeemable debt to you all for valour, moral courage and self-devotion. May we be united by hope for happy and peaceful future and by faith in the prosperity of the Ukrainian State.
On this memorable day, please, accept my cordial greetings of sound health, family comfort, peaceful sky and confidence in the days to come!
