The bill (Reg. No. 4260a) suggests expanding a range of subjects with the right to pension in connection with losing a family provider. Such range of subjects shall include also unemployed family members of a family provider who died in connection with fulfilling his state or public duties, or saving people, protecting state, communal or private property, protecting public order, participating in mass public protest actions if this person did not commit any criminal offences.
