The Law applies the Law "On Rehabilitation of the Disabled in Ukraine" to the military men (reservists and persons liable for military service) and workers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, rank and file and commanding officers, military men, workers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Administration of State Guard of Ukraine, the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine, and other military units formed with respect to the laws of Ukraine, who protected independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and directly participated in the anti-terrorist operation.
