Oleksandr Turchynov: “This is a turning point today in fight for the united Ukraine”

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov named the today’s operation of the ATO Armed Forces on regaining control over Sloviansk to be a turning point.

“This is a turning point today in fight against terrorism on the East of our country. Separatists tried to turn Sloviansk into the symbol of fight against our Homeland, however, this very town will become the symbol of victory of independent and single Ukraine over Russian mercenaries and terrorists,” he said.
