The bill (Reg. No. 2995, refined) suggests determining that financing of land planning works of oblasts, regions, populated areas, city districts, squares, as well as conduction of urban planning monitoring and establishment and management of urban planning cadastre of the respective territories shall be exercised at the cost of inter-budget transfers that are part of the respective local budgets.

It was noted that the bill aims at eliminating collisions in legislation on urban planning activity.

Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will allow secure operation of the mechanism of state finance of the process of elaboration (renovation) of urban planning documentation; help elaborate (renovation) urban planning documentation with the use of modern geo-informational technologies; and refine the investment climate of populated areas.
