The bill (Reg. No. 4070a) includes legislative proposals regarding establishing the order for unification of territorial communities of villages, townships and cities, and regarding providing state support to associations of territorial communities, as well as establishing legal conditions and opportunities for enlargement through voluntary unification of territorial communities, formation of competent territorial communities and establishment of preconditions for refining the system of local self-government bodies on the respective territorial base.
