Under part two of article 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the following resolutions are recognized as invalid:
1) The Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of February 22, 2014 No. 758-VII “On appointing V.O. Nalyvaichenko the Commissioner for controlling the activity of the Security Service of Ukraine”;
2) The Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of February 22, 2014 No. 759-VII “On appointing V.M. Zamana the Commissioner for controlling the activity of the Defence Ministry of Ukraine”;
3) The Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of February 22, 2014 No. 760-VII “On appointing O.I. Makhnitskyi the Commissioner for controlling the activity of the Prosecutor’s General Office of Ukraine”;
4) The Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of February 24, 2014 No. 777-VII “On appointing V.I. Hvizd the Commissioner for controlling the activity of Intelligence Service of Ukraine”.
