The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re specifying authorities of notaries public and peculiarities of registration of derivative property rights to agricultural land plots

The bill (Reg. No. 3237) aims to refine the procedure of registration of derivative property rights to agricultural land plots and secure access of notaries to the data on digital media of State Land Cadastre. In view of this, it is suggested amend the laws “On Notariat” and “On State Registration of Property Rights to Immovable Property and Their encumbrances”, as well as the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
