The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine” (re special means of individual protection and medicines)

For the period of conducting antiterrorist operation, the legislative act exempts from VAT taxation transactions on importing into the customs territory of Ukraine special means of individual protection and medicines provided in the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The law supplements chapter 2 of section XX of “Final Provisions” with and a new subclause.

The bill was registered under No. 4199a.
