The law specifies terminology and certain provisions of the applicable Law regarding the procedure of registering subjects of publishing industry in the State Register of publishers, producers and distributors of printed output, as well as the procedure of excluding them form the State Register. It also specifies the authorities of the central body of executive power on forming and implementing state policy in the sphere of television and radio broadcasting and in the information and publishing field.
