“Please, accept my sincere condolences in connection with the irreversible loss – the death of a bright personality and a great man,” the condolences read.
“Not an average man has passed away – we have been left by a great statesperson and a political figure, for whom the development and prosperity of independent Ukraine was a life-work. Under his leadership, a reliable legislative basis of state sovereignty of a new republic was laid and the first key laws that determined Ukraine’s directions of development as a democratic, social and legal state were established,” notes Oleksandr Turchynov.
“The bright and imperishable memory of Ivan Stepanovych Pliushch will for ever remain in the hearts of millions of our compatriots,” the condolences read.
