The bill (Reg. No. 3434) increases the amount of fine sanctions for violations in the sphere of consumer's market.

The respective amendments are to be made to articles 155, 155-1, 155-2, 156, 156-1, 159 and 160 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.

Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will help reduce and halt violations of legislation requirements in the trade sector, as well as eliminate negative consequences of such violations and strengthen administrative responsibility of the subjects of entrepreneurial activity for non-adherence to state standards, norms and rules of public trade services, etc.
