The legislative act provides persons, whose parent is a military person, with a preferential right to enroll to the respective military educational establishments, as well as persons whose parent was a military person that died or gone missing when performing military duties – the right to enroll “out of competition, according to personal preference of speciality in state or communal high and professional-technical educational establishments of Ukraine at the state or local budget expenses”.
Amendments are to be made to clause five of article 13 of the Law “On Social and Legal Protection of Military Men and Members of their Families”.
Respective bill was registered under No. 2246.
