The Law particularly suggests amendments to the current law concerning:
specification of terminology of the Law and its compliance with current legislative acts;
determining categories of persons who will receive a temporary residence permit without receiving a permit for employing foreigners and stateless persons;
specification of grounds for legal stay of foreigners and stateless persons on the territory of Ukraine (particularly, sportsmen who have acquired a professional status, performing artists and art workers) to work in Ukraine by their trade.
Respective bill was registered under No. 3874.
