The bill aims to increase capitalization and secure profitability of legal persons, evacuated from the temporary occupied territory, and to support living standards of citizens that were voluntary or compulsory evacuated from the temporary occupied territory.
The bill suggests establish a special free economic zone within the Crimean peninsula for the time period of 10 years; determine peculiarities of exercising economic activity on the temporary occupied part of Ukrainian territory; and settle separate relations between natural and legal persons located on the territory of Crimean free economic zone, or beyond it.
