According to the Resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers is recommended:
to establish an organizational committee on elaboration and taking measures on celebrating anniversaries;
after establishing the organizational committee, to elaborate and approve a plan of respective measures, and settle the issue on its financial, material and technical provision.
The Resolution also suggests that:
the State committee for television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine with the assistance of Poltava Oblast state administration create a documentary and publish a book on the institution's history;
Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts "Ukrposhta" issue a stamp and a set of post cards dedicated to the anniversary.
