The Resolution determined to hold the hearings in July, 2014, in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine plenary meetings hall.
The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to prepare and submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine informational and analytical materials on the parliamentary hearings, copied for people's deputies of Ukraine, and respective proposals to the recommendations of the parliamentary hearing, as well as to determine a speaker on the abovementioned issue.
The Committee on National Security and Defence is to ensure preparation and holding of the parliamentary hearings, and submit proposals on their recommendations.
It is planned to invite representatives of central and local executive authorities, local self-government authorities, representatives of scientific organizations and NGOs, scientists and experts to participate in the hearings.
