The law regulates legal relations re declaration of the place of
residence of the citizens that moved from the temporary occupied territory of
Ukraine on the territory of Ukraine, as well as the right to gain education or
the right to continue gaining education on the territory of other regions of
Ukraine at the cost of the state budget, being provided with dormitories for
the period of education

The law includes a provision, under which the citizens of Ukraine residing on the temporary occupied territory, or those having moved from the abovementioned territory have the right to gain or continue gaining education on the territory of other regions of Ukraine at the cost of the state budget, being provided with dormitories for the period of education.
