The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re securing social guarantees of employees of mining and coal-producer enterprises, as well as state military accident rescue services (formations) in coal mining industry

The bill (Reg. No. 2203a) suggests broaden the terminological apparatus of the Mining Law of Ukraine with a specified determination of “mining enterprise” and enshrinement of a new one – “mining building enterprise”.

It is stipulated to expand the list of enterprises that provide free of charge coal, as well as the categories of persons provided with such coal.
