The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Resolution “On celebration of the 150th birth anniversary of Andrei Sheptytskyi, metropolitan of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church”

The Verkhovna Rada resolved to celebrate at a state level the 150th birth anniversary of Andrei Sheptytskyi, metropolitan of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.

The resolution includes a range of recommendations and proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers, bodies of local self-government and other structures regarding organization and holding of jubilee events.

The respective draft resolution was registered under No.4233.
