"With the fire from an anti-aircraft mount and a heavy machine gun terrorists cynically shot the Armed Forces of Ukraine military transport airplane Il–76 carrying out the personnel for rotation", says in the text of condolences of the Chairman of Ukrainian Parliament.
"Nearly 50 military men, who did not have any chance of defending themselves, died aboard a plane hit by a sly fire of the gunmen. I express my sincere condolences to parents, near and dear ones of the military men who sacrificed their lives so that Ukraine can remain free and united. The state will never forget names of these innocent victims of terrorism, and will fulfill its duty of taking care of their families. Eternal glory to the heroes", the condolences say.
