The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to the Law “On the Lease of State and Municipal Property” (re peculiarities of lease relations of secondary and pre-school educational establishments)

The bill (Reg. No. 2292a) suggests establish that conclusion of lease agreements with such educational establishments (irrespective of their subordination, type or form of ownership) should be done on a competition-free basis.

It was stressed that adoption of the bill will help refine activity of secondary and pre-school educational establishments and will be a further step on the way to restoring and broadening their network.
