The bill (Reg. No. 2238a) suggests recognize persons born from women who were serving sentence in places of deprivation of freedom, or who were forcibly placed into medical institutions, persons under 18 who stayed with parents one of whom or both were serving sentence in places of deprivation of freedom, were in exile, were sent away or resided in special settlements, who were under 18 and were left without child care, whose one parent or both were repressed and then rehabilitated according to the legislation.
Benefits for housing and communal services, for travel on public transport, for getting health resort treatment, medical treatment and for reimbursement for medicines on prescriptions, etc. are planned to be applied to such persons.
