The legislative act complies certain provisions of several laws of Ukraine with new names of two financial regulators – the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market and the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets.
Mentioned names were introduced by the Law dd. July 7, 2011 No. 3610-VI “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re national commissions exercising state regulation of natural monopolies, in the communications and informatization sphere, securities market and financial services”.
Respective bill was registered under No. 0969.
