The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to article 34 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of the State Regulatory Policy in Economic Activity” (re proposals of the specially authorized body)

The law determines legal and organizational basis for implementation of state regulatory policy by bodies and officials of local self-government.

Introduction of the law will allow bodies and officials of local self-government increase the quality of preparation of regulatory acts that will in full correspond to the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity.

Respective bill was registered under No. 0934.
