Main tasks of the Interim Inquiry Commission are:
carrying out detailed examination of the use of funds transferred by citizens of Ukraine to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine within the programme “Support the Ukrainian army”, and of the expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine aimed at needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
demanding from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine weekly reports about expenditures transferred by citizens of Ukraine to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine to a special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine at the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, and expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine aimed at needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to check legitimacy of these expenditures, establishing reasonability of such expenditures and their correspondence to the priority needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
conducting a detailed examination of transparency of procedures of state procurement;
providing a report on using funds transferred by citizens of Ukraine to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine aimed at needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, following the results of the examination.
The term of activity of the Interim Inquiry Commission has been established – for the time of fulfilling its tasks.
Report of the Interim Inquiry Commission about its activity will be presented at the plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine not later than three months after adopting this Resolution.
