The bill (Reg. No. 2371) suggests include to the list of inherent (self-governing) authorities of executive bodies of village, township and city councils the authority pertaining to accounting of immovable property objects, irrespective of the type of ownership and, thereat, exclude the abovementioned authority from the list of delegated one. Apart from that, it is suggested include the authority to hold technical inventory of the abovementioned objects into the list of inherent authorities of the mentioned bodies.
