The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopt as a basis and in entirety the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re functioning of the State Land Bank)

The bill (Reg. No. 4784) suggests exclude from the Land Code and the Law “On Banks and Banking” the provisions concerning the State Land Bank activity.

It was mentioned during the discussion that the bill was elaborated in order to ensure Ukrainian Party fulfilling its obligations to the international financial organizations in the part of reviewing the concept of further functioning of the State Land Bank.
