The bill (Reg. No. 2162a) suggests introduce a new version of chapter one of article 86 of the Commercial Code of Ukraine complying it with paragraph one of chapter two of article 115 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

The Committee members claimed provisions of the Commercial Code of Ukraine have to comply with the Civil Code of Ukraine since the Civil Code of Ukraine is the basic act of civil legislation of Ukraine (chapter two of article 4 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
