98 important issues were included into the agenda of the today’s plenary week. Particularly, there is a suggestion to grant a hearing to the information of the Central Election Commission on the results of the election campaign at the beginning of the plenary session on Tuesday, and set the date for holding inauguration of the newly elected President. Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov informed this opening meeting of the Conciliatory Council on Monday.
“After the report of the Central Election Commission, we must take the decision on the date and time of holding inauguration of the newly elected President,” said Oleksandr Turchynov. He informed that tomorrow he will suggest the Verkhovna Rada uphold the resolution on holding inauguration on Saturday, June 7.
“This is connected with international meetings and other issues,” he noted, saying that “intense plenary week is ahead.”
