The bill (Reg. No. 2582а) suggests establish that “receiving by fraud subsidies, subventions, donations and credits without the purpose of transferring them for personal benefit or for the benefit of third persons–
is punished by a fine from one thousand to three thousand non-taxable standard incomes of citizens with deprivation of the right to hold certain posts or to be engaged in certain activities for up to three years.
Same actions if committed repeatedly or leading to great financial damage –
are punished by a fine from three thousand to ten thousand non-taxable standard incomes of citizens with deprivation of the right to hold certain posts or to be engaged in certain activities for up to three years”.
The Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow improve mechanisms of legal regulation of criminal responsibility for fraud with financial resources.
