The law reduces notary actions; minimizes consumers’ expenditures on notary services; secures accessibility of all population layers to such services; abolishes, in a number of cases, requirements regarding mandatory notarial certification of transactions and facts of legal significance, as well as notarial certification of documents in order to make them legally valid.
The law amends the Labour Code of Ukraine and the laws “On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl, cognac and fruit alcoholic beverages and tobacco products”, “On export, import and return of cultural values” and several other laws.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4582.
