The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re simplifying the procedure of state registration of termination of entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs according to declarative principle”

The law amends Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine, as well as the laws “On state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs” and “On collection and registration of contribution for mandatory state social insurance”. The law aims at introducing declarative principle of state registration of termination of entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs.

The respective bill was registered under No. 2409-1.
