The legislative act eliminates contradictions and adjusts terms and
concepts used in the legislative acts of Ukraine, and regulates the issue of
pension provision and other financial support to internal affairs officers and
other persons that were again taken to serve in the internal affairs bodies in
the course of partial or total mobilization during the special period.
The law supplements and provides a new version of article 2 of the Law
“On Pension Provision of Persons Discharged
from
Military Service and Some Others”
The respective bill was registered under No. 4819.
