The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law “On amendments to article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On State Procurement” (re applying negotiating procurement procedure under the conditions of a special period)

The document establishes that the negotiating procurement procedure is applied by a customer as an exception in case of necessary procurement in connection with special economic or social conditions.

The document was adopted with supplements submitted during the discussion.

Respective bill was registered under No. 4754.
