The bill (Reg. No. 4608) suggests stipulate responsibility for
“deliberate actions committed for the purpose of territorial changes or
alteration of the state border of Ukraine and violation of the order
established by the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as for public calls or
distribution of materials with a call to commit such actions.”
The bill suggests supplement the text of part one of article 110 of the
Criminal Code with the words “and illegal placement of state symbols of other
countries on the territory
of Ukraine with a view to
this” after the words “by the Constitution of Ukraine.”
Committee members deem that adoption of the bill is topical and will promote refinement of the mechanism of legal regulation for securing Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
